House Rules

This is the extensive set of House Rules offered by our AirBnb Host

Soon, we will warmly welcome you in our group accommodation “De Beleeffabriek”. We hope you have a great time with us. Before you move in, you must have taken note of our house rules.

Check-in and Check-out

1. • The contractor must report to the manager on arrival and submit the final list of participants. When accepting the house key, you agree to the house rules. On the day of arrival you are welcome from 5 p.m. onwards. In consultation, this can be done earlier, we ask you to call on Monday before arrival and we will then coordinate what time it can finally be. We kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation on the day of departure on Sunday noon. For deviation from these times, please contact us. It is possible that you cannot yet use the sleeping areas because the cleaning is not yet completely completed. We kindly ask you to warn us about departure, so that we can check with you the accommodation and the inventory whether it is sufficiently clean. If this is not sufficient, we will charge an additional cleaning fee (a €75.00 per hour) based on the pollution, these must be paid immediately by pin. We appreciate it if you notify your party of the house rules before arrival.

Clean

1. • The spaces you use must be kept clean by yourself. We take care of the final cleaning for you. Floors that are sticky will be scrubbed and mopped by us (for a fee). Upon your departure, please leave the accommodation tidy. 

     1. The property is swept clean.

     2. The outdoor area has been stripped of all papers, snippets, butts, cans, etc.

     3.  Materials used are back in place, including the outdoor garden sets cushions are neat again (piled in the cabinet).

     4.  The inventory is clean and dry again in the wardrobes.

     5. all garbage cans and trash cans have been emptied into the container. Bottles in the provided glass container (at school)

     6. The dishwasher is cleaned and clean.

     7.  Parasols are collapsed and toys of the children are tidied up, sliding doors closed.

     8.  Towels are by the washing machine, the linen picked up and is in the room on the floor.

     9.  All keys are provided, if lost, you will be charged €125.00 per key.

Inventory

• Missing or defects can be reported until 1 hour after arrival. If something breaks or gets lost during your stay, you must report it to us. In case of crockery breakage, please let us know on departure. Inventory that hears inside is not to be used outside the property. It is allowed to move extra chairs from the inside to the outside, these must be back inside before sleeping. Umbrellas must be folded when going to bed. x Do not apply any damage through nails, pins, duck tape, adhesive tape, etc.

Parking

• You can park on the designated parking space. Parking directly in front of the house (6 cars) other cars can be parked on the side of our private house. Not on the public road due to parking ban. Always keep entry and exit free!!! Also not on the gravel next to the front door (where the sofa is “take a seat”). There is a charging station (next to the public school) about 700 m away. In consideration of any emergencies, the space in front of the accommodation must always be car-free!

Noise

The night rest period applies between 11pm and 8am. Of course, you can still sit outside on the terrace. But after 23:00, we ask you to consider the area. If you close the sliding door, people will be less bothered by it. The sound runs far across the fields.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed. 

Dirt Drainage

• You can put garbage packed in closed plastic bags in the container provided. Do you keep the property and the outside property free of trash? Also please chew gum and cigarettes in the waste bins!! Frying fat and/or oil must be returned.

Fire safety

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Our property is secured to standards. It is not allowed to burn candles and/or tea lights in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to use smoking machines or helium bottles for balloons.Also hunting with a spray can deodorant can suffer to the sounding of the alarms. Escape roads, hose reels and fire extinguishers must be freely accessible at all times. The emergency exit may only be used in case of emergency. Emergency lights do not dazzle or paste. There are plenty of extinguishing agents available. In case of misuse of the fire alarm system, a minimum of €250.00 euros will be charged. In addition, all costs arising from the unnecessary use of the alarm system are at the expense of the user. You can think of equipment, staff costs, and the deployment of emergency services. Please take note of the main phone numbers, rules and instructions in this information. Unlawful use of fire extinguishers will soon result in major damage that we charge the contractor/group.

Kitchen

• In the kitchen, no children are allowed to stay unattended. The use of the catering dishwasher serves some experience and explanation. Please read it carefully and if you do not understand, we will be happy to explain this to you extra. fondue, gourmet or stone grilling is not allowed in the accommodation, outside on the terrace.

Rooms

• The bedrooms are to be used exclusively for sleeping, and not as a recreation room. Use of a sheet over the mattress and a pillowcase over the pillow is mandatory, also when you bring a sleeping bag. There is 1 set of towels per person and the beds are made. It is not allowed to eat and/or drink in the bedrooms. Pillows and mattresses stay on the beds, beds are not moved. We recommend not letting children under the age of 6 play alone in the room.

Use sanitary facilities

• Please help keep the toilets and showers as clean as possible. The toilets must be cleaned once a day, and they must also be left clean upon departure. Would you like to dispose of diapers and bandages in the designated large container outside. 

Use outside grounds

• Use of the outdoor fireplace must be indicated to us. You need to bring your own wood. Always have a bucket of water by the outdoor fireplace. As soon as you go to bed, the fire is extinguished. Setting up a small tent or baby pool only in consultation with us. The accommodation has a private terrace, trampoline and playground equipment, it is nice if this is handled with care. No additional attributes on the trampoline and think about the maximum number of people on the trampoline. The climbing frame is only accessible for children up to and including 12 years and until sunset.

Your stay here

• You will stay here at your own risk. We do not consider ourselves liable for theft, damage and/or accidents. It goes without saying that if you cause damage, you will also reimburse it. We reserve the right to have the accommodation visited during your stay. We will of course treat this as reluctantly as possible. The house rules will be reviewed with you upon arrival and you can always check it out. Greenings are not allowed. 

• Use of drugs, including weed, is strictly forbidden both in the property and outside on the terrace or in the parking lot. If this is found, the immediate departure will be without a refund of the rental amount.

• No 18 years = no alcohol / up to 18 years = no excessive alcohol consumption.

• Floors that are sticky will be scrubbed/mopped by us (for a fee).

Sanction

• If you or someone in the group does not comply with our rules, we will give you a warning to the group member or group members. If you do not obey this, we can cancel the agreement with you. In that case, we can deny you access to our site and the accommodation with immediate effect. There will not be any refund on the total rental amount.
